Lo que comenz\u00f3 como un acogedor restaurante en el coraz\u00f3n de <strong>Puntarenas<\/strong>, en el <strong>Paseo de los Turistas<\/strong>, pronto se convirti\u00f3 en un punto de encuentro para locales y visitantes que buscaban experimentar la esencia costera en cada plato.<\/p><p>Desde sus primeros d\u00edas, <strong>Aldea<\/strong> ha sido un espacio inspirado en la calidez de la provincia, en la brisa marina y en la herencia pesquera que define a Puntarenas. <strong>El Chef Koka<\/strong>, con su estilo creativo y su profundo respeto por los ingredientes frescos de la regi\u00f3n, ha logrado que Aldea destaque por su cocina llena de identidad y tradici\u00f3n.
